How to Install the Form

Fill out the above form and click "Generate Code" - This will populate a form box with a mess of HTML.
Scan the HTML to make sure you see YOUR Adsense Client ID#.
Select ALL of the code in the form and COPY it
Edit your website (however you're used to editing it) and paste in the code.

How to Test the Form

First, look at your site to make sure the form display properly.
Type in a search query and hit the "GO" button.
DO NOT CLICK ON AN AD. This would be a breach of the Adsense ToS.
View the source code of the results page.
Search for "google_ad_client" (control-F usually does the trick). The # presented should be YOUR ad client #- if it isn't, please contact us ASAP.
